Typographical Errors
In the event that a GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Poilcy
GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we will gladly assist with your return and provide you a return authorization number. Once the product has been received back and checked for completeness, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price – No Questions Asked! Please note, GENERATION WHOLESALE INC. will not cover the cost to ship back any returns.
The process for returns is as follows:

We will determine if you are eligible for a return – if you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product within the 14 days.
Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time generally takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.
* – Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 14 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.
* – Items returned to us after the 14 day window will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any products returned to us outside of the 14 day return window. Products returned to us that are outside of the 14 day return window will be considered abandoned if the return shipping payment is not received within 14 days of us receiving the product.
* – Items that have opened are not eligible for return or refund.
